long time coming...

I wish i had more time to sit down and write really witty and creative things. But alas... I do not. Therefore, you are going to get a very short version of the latest in the life and times of Katie Haskell.

I have been very blessed this fall to work with some amazing people. I am working on 4 large projects currently and then of course holding it down a few hours a week at the East Nasty Y. Shout out to my Y family!

Project #1: I leave for on Sunday... Luke Bryan Farm Tour- lukebryan.com for details. Tell your friends if they are into that kind of thing. :-)

Project #2: Capitol Records Street Party which is in Nashville on Demonbreun, October 13th. Bring me coffee if you come. We will be pulling an all-nighter. And if you have kids you should come because one of the openers is a girl from iCarly.

Project #3: Revolve Tour- revolvetour.com for details. This is my 5th year working with Revolve. I love it! You should love it too! If you have teen girls, know teen girls, are a teen girl, then hit me up and we will make sure you get some tickets!

Project #4: This is still in the works but working with my friend Phil on an awesome eyewear project. Big things ahead!

My goals for the Fall are to remain sane and treat myself to a 2 week trip to NYC in November because I miss all of my friends there and because I need to do some shopping. :-)

Love to you all!!!

Quotes and Scriptures to love...

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's no just in some of us; its in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

"Live justly, love mercy, walk humbly with our God." Micah 6:8

"But yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation." Habakkuk 3:18

"The LORD your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing." Zephaniah 3:17
